Reading Amateur Regatta brings exciting rowing to the Thames in Reading. In 2017 the Regatta will be held on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of June. The format of racing will be a buoyed two lane course rowed downstream with starts from stake boats and bank umpiring. On Saturday the race distance will be 1500 metres, whilst on Sunday this is reduced to 1100 metres. Read more on the Info Page.
This page will show all events offered, including for the Mini Regatta on Sunday. Entries must be submitted using the British Rowing Online Regatta Entry (BROE) system. Entries will close on Saturday 3rd June!
The Reading Amateur Regatta Rules are shown on this page and Competitors & Coxes must familiarise themselves with the rules. The Regatta is held under British Rowing rules and conforms to the row safe guide, copies of which can be downloaded from: www.britishrowing.org.
The Draws will be published on Tuesday 6th June 2017. Subsequently the draw may be changed - please confirm on the day during registration.
Results will be published on this website as soon as possible after the regatta. We hope to develop the website this year to show live results. Normally we will tweet results live as it happens as well.
